This prices includes the tax of stay, water, gas, electricity, the delimited site, the access to the non supervised heated swimming pool and to the non supervised games
The price no include the sheets, the napkins, let's wipe and the maintenance products. The amount of the deposits is of 25% of the total renting ; in case of an annulment of the stay to 30 days, a to have will be provided you less 60 euros of file expenses; for a notice lower than 30 days: not of repayment. No reduction will be granted for all stay shortened because of the tenant. If you wish it, we propose an insurance annulment or interruption of stay
